Returns/Warranty Information
20% re-stocking fee: This fee will be assessed on all items that are returned for reasons other than manufacturer defect or any order fulfillment error made by Atlanta Auto Accessories. Items that have been installed will not be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Exchanges: No re-stocking fee will apply to exchanges. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs involved in the exchange.
Return Authorization Numbers: ALL returns require a return authorization number. Without a return authorization number displayed on the box, we reserve the right to refuse the delivery of the item.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or other method used. Though most items on our website are shipped for free, our actual cost to ship the item to you will be subtacted from any refund amount. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return an item.
Manufacturer Warranties: Atlanta Auto honors all manufacturer warranties. This warranty shall not apply to any defect or failure caused by damage in transit, off-highway use, abuse, accident, neglect, parts that have been altered or repainted, vandalism, fire or smoke damage, act of war, severe weather storms, flooding, stones or gravel, scratches from keys or other foreign objects, or parts that have been installed incorrectly. Warranty is not transferable. Customer must provide proof of purchase such as the invoice date and number; plus the part number, description and color when requesting a return for warranty consideration.
Shipping Information
Estimated shipping times are posted for each individual item on its product page. Should shipping be delayed, you will receive an email stating an estimated shipping date.
Most U.S. ground shipments will be shipped via UPS. Free shipping only applies to lower 48 states. For Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Puerto Rico or if you prefer a faster shipping method, please call toll-free for assistance 1.800.444.7894. We apologize, but at this time, we do not offer ship to any other international locations.
Items that are too large for UPS are shipped via various motorfreight companies. These items are identified on their product pages. Items shipped via motorfreight MUST be delivered to a commercial/business address. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Signatures: Due to the increasing amount of delivery theft, all shipments will be sent with an adult signature required. If you wish to have the signature requirement moved, you can enter your request in the comments box during checkout or you can submit an email request.
