Return Information ALL returns require a return authorization number which you may request using the form below. Any item returned without a return authorization number properly displayed on the box may be refused and returned to sender. Please read our return policy below. Return Policy Returns will be accepted within 30 days from invoice date. No return will be accepted for any reason other than warranty issues after 30 days from invoice. All non-warranty returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (40% for custom painted parts). Returns must be received in our warehouse in un-used and brand new, re-sellable condition. Always inspect part immediately upon receipt. Always check products for damage or defect prior to installation. Absolutely NO non-warranty return will be accepted once installation is attempted. We honor all manufacturer warranties. Damage Claims Any product damaged during shipping must be reported within 7 business days so that a proper claim can be filed. If the customer is present when delivery is attempted of a product that appears to be damaged, the delivery should be refused and the customer should contact us immediately using the form below. In the case of shipping damage, we will file a claim on your behalf. Every situation varies but usually, a replacement will be shipped immediately.
