1998-2004 Cadillac SeVille Billet Grille This grille is made of high-polished stainless steel, so it will never rust. It includes the main upper grille. The lower factory grille pictured is NOT included. It installs in 30 minutes to an hour. It is a total factory replacement. You will use the emblem from the factory grille for the new grille. It will simply unscrew and screw on to the new grille. The instructions show everything from removal of the factory grille to installation of the new grille. All hardware is also included.
